ABOUT VIC'S OF ELK GROVE

Following in the footsteps of Vic Larson himself, Dave and Erika embarked on this popcorn venture hoping to bring this quality product to the west coast. Using the original recipes and the unique process of popping this specialty corn, they have succeeded in providing this old-fashioned, quality snack at a good price.

The corn itself is from Nebraska as well as the original Vic’s Corn Popper established in 1980. Dave and Erika opened their Elk Grove location in July of 2008, with great support from their growing community. Dave, a registered nurse, and Erika, a firefighter, enjoy their community with their three growing children, Ayden, Ryley, and Rachyl. All three enjoy helping out in the store and creating new recipes.

Vic’s Corn Popper of Elk Grove is a true family business with great aspirations of starting great family traditions and memories with their amazing popcorn and popcorn products. New, yummy flavors and creations are always being developed.
